Achieving Success

FIT is comfortable working with both seasoned and new rights holder brands in gaining corporate partners. It simply comes back to patience and method.

Our methodology is built on our own 3 P's formula:

  1. Preparation - We use excellent research tools to find the best fitting sponsor prospects for our clients, plus, the most suitable entry point into those prospects. Our initial approaches are not always made to sponsorship departments.
  2. Performance - We build a campaign that hones in on a corporate marketers instincts. We call this our performance teaser! It focuses heavily on the essence of the brand we are offering and at this stage says very little about sponsorship...
  3. Proof - When the teaser works well momentum swings our way and much of the sales process is done. A short, sharp tailored proposal follows, validating and reinforcing the intuitive positive connection the teaser has created between the prospect and the property.

Case Study - Love Never Dies

The formula above worked exceptionally well with our Love Never Dies campaign. Our prospect list was tight but well focused. Our first point of entry included Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Sponsorship Managers and, as was with the eventual contracted Partner, the EA of the CEO.

The performance teaser was so successful prospects were calling us for more information. Note: the first person to receive the teaser became the Presenting Partner. We only needed to produce one proposal (our proof part of the formula) and had a deal inside a week of sending out our teaser.
